ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS. 

SAYES Miami  (ONLINE Products) Return Policy

At SAYES Miami, we take pride in our exceptional products and customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if you are not completely pleased with your order from our products purchased exclusively online, we offer returns for an online store credit within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that this policy applies only to our items purchased online, as all in-store purchases are final sale with no exchanges or returns.

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit will be issued for the total order amount, excluding shipping costs, discounts, and promotions.

  • Store credit never expires and cannot be converted into a refund.

  • A $35 return shipping label is available for domestic orders. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit if you choose to use it.

  • For international orders, any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees are non-creditable and the responsibility of the customer.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

  • Returns requested past the 3-day window will not be accepted.

Simple Return Process

  1. Email us at orders@sayesmiami.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and specify why would you like to return it.

  3. Ship your package within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization (RA) number.

Important Notes

  • Orders returned without an RA number are subject to a 50% fee and may delay processing.

  • Returns are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email with your store credit code confirmation.

  • If an item is worn, altered, tampered with, or damaged without prior notification, your return will be voided.

Sizing Information all dresses are in US sizes as per the designer’s specifications. Please refer to the size chart available on our product pages to ensure the best fit.

For In-Stock Items and Pre-Order Items:

  • A 50% restocking fee applies if cancelled after processing.

For Special Order Items:

  • Cancellations are not accepted as these items are made-to-order.

*Processing is defined as payment verification, item ordering, and vendor confirmation.
