Your satisfaction is our true goal, so please take a moment to read through the information below. All prices in this contract are in US dollars. The initial consultation held at our Atelier or online is free of charge. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS. A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. It is agreed that if I do not pay in full for the merchandise covered by this agreement in accordance with the terms thereof, any payments made on the account may be retained by Merola Corp as compensation to them for storage charges, cost of insurance, expense, and depreciation of the merchandise held. Considering that all dresses are handmade and hand placed, there are no two identical dresses, thus making it all the more unique for you. Minor details such as placement of appliques, or changes in tone may be subject to slight change in accordance with your design. Alterations are not included. NO-SHOW FEE for Fittings Appointments: We require a credit card on file to reserve appointments. There will be no charge to your credit card unless you are a no-show. If you are a no-show and do not cancel, or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 fee. Please note, there is no cost for the appointment time itself.
